Return Period

We offer a strict 14-day return policy. You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
Requests made after this period will be refused without exception.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all the following conditions must be strictly met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in perfect condition

  • It is returned in the original sealed packaging with all labels, tags, and documentation

  • You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase

  • You obtain prior written authorization from us before shipping the return

Returns made without prior approval will be rejected and may not be returned to you.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, health, and product integrity, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used cosmetic or personal care products, including nail polishes, gels, BIAB, builder gels, or tools

  • Items damaged after delivery or used by the customer

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards or promotional codes

  • Items sold during promotions or clearance events

  • Perishable items (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

All sales are final for these categories.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

You must inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • You received the wrong product

Include your order number, photos, and a clear explanation.
Claims after 48 hours will not be eligible for support or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To change an item, follow the return process and place a new order once your return is approved.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at contact@elegelli.com with the following details:

  • Full name and order number

  • Product(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if applicable

If accepted, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.

Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping is at your expense.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Elegelli is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

If you have not received your refund 15 business days after approval, contact us at contact@elegelli.com.

Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers

Customers located in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Eligible items must:

  • Be unopened, unused, and in perfect condition

  • Be returned in the original sealed packaging

  • Meet all criteria listed in our general return policy

This right does not apply to excluded items such as used, unsealed, or personalized products.

International Returns

We ship worldwide.
For international returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties

  • Items must comply with local and international customs regulations

  • Elegelli is not liable for items held or refused by customs

Liability and Policy Enforcement

Elegelli reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not follow this policy

  • Deny refunds for items returned without prior authorization

  • Modify this return policy at any time without prior notice

This policy is meant to protect product integrity, hygiene standards, and brand quality, while remaining compliant with international consumer laws.
