NOTICE: Orders to the United States are shipped DDP, meaning Elegelli takes responsibility for import duties and customs clearance, so the customer does not have to pay anything upon delivery.

Shipping Areas
We ship to 57 countries and territories worldwide. Some destinations may be excluded due to logistical, legal, or sanitary restrictions.
Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees applied in the destination country. Elegelli cannot predict, control, or reimburse these charges.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days.
During peak periods such as sales, launches, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Pre orders are shipped according to the date specified on the product page.
Elegelli reserves the right to extend processing times in cases of exceptional demand or force majeure.

Delivery Protection Insurance (Optional)
Elegelli offers an optional Delivery Protection service, available for selection in your shopping cart at checkout. This service is provided as an add-on at the customer's discretion and is not included by default.
Scope of Coverage
When selected and paid for at checkout, Delivery Protection covers your order against the following risks during transit and at delivery:
Loss of the package in transit confirmed by the carrier
Visible damage to the items caused during shipping
Theft of the package after carrier-confirmed delivery (commonly referred to as "porch piracy")
Coverage Limit
The maximum amount payable under Delivery Protection is two hundred US dollars (US $200.00), or the equivalent amount in the customer's local currency, calculated at the exchange rate in effect on the original order date. The coverage limit applies per order, not per item, and is inclusive of taxes and original shipping fees. In no event shall Elegelli's liability under this protection exceed US $200.00 or local equivalent.
Eligibility Conditions
Delivery Protection must be expressly selected and paid for at the time of purchase. It cannot be added retroactively, after the order has been placed, shipped, or delivered.
To be eligible for a claim, the customer must:
Provide the original order number and tracking reference
Submit photographic evidence of damage where applicable
Provide a sworn statement of non-receipt for theft or loss claims
For theft claims involving merchandise valued above US $100.00 or local equivalent, provide a police report or equivalent official document issued by local authorities
Claim Procedure and Deadlines
All claims must be submitted in writing to contact@elegelli.com within the following timeframes, failing which the claim shall be deemed waived:
Damage claims: within seven (7) business days of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs of the package and damaged items
Theft claims: within seven (7) business days of the carrier's confirmation of delivery
Loss claims: within thirty (30) calendar days of the expected delivery date
Elegelli will acknowledge claims within five (5) business days and resolve eligible claims within thirty (30) calendar days following receipt of all required supporting documentation.
Resolution Options
At Elegelli's sole discretion, valid claims will be resolved by one of the following means, up to the coverage limit:
Replacement of the affected items, subject to stock availability
Refund of the affected items to the original payment method
Store credit of equivalent value
Exclusions
Delivery Protection does not cover, and Elegelli shall bear no liability under this service for:
Orders for which Delivery Protection was not selected and paid for at checkout
Packages refused at delivery by the recipient
Failed, delayed, or returned deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer
Customs seizures, confiscations, destruction, or return of packages due to unpaid duties, taxes, or non-compliance with import regulations
Items damaged after delivery has been confirmed, except in cases of documented theft
Normal wear, color variations, minor cosmetic differences, or issues unrelated to transit
Claims filed outside the deadlines set forth above
Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind
Loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress
Events of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, or government action
Nature of the Service
Delivery Protection is a contractual service offered directly by Elegelli and does not constitute an insurance product within the meaning of applicable insurance regulations. It does not replace or affect any statutory consumer rights the customer may have under the law of their country of residence, including, where applicable, the right of withdrawal and statutory warranties of conformity.
Fraud and Abuse
Any claim found to involve misrepresentation, falsified documentation, or fraudulent intent will be denied in full. Elegelli reserves the right to refuse future Delivery Protection coverage to customers who have submitted fraudulent claims and to pursue any available legal remedies.
Orders Without Delivery Protection
Orders shipped without Delivery Protection are subject exclusively to the standard liability terms set forth in the "Delivery Issues and Responsibility" and "Liability Disclaimer" sections of this policy. For uninsured shipments, Elegelli's obligations are limited to those imposed by mandatory provisions of applicable law, and no voluntary reimbursement, replacement, or compensation can be guaranteed.
Delivery Issues and Responsibility
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Elegelli is not liable for delays, losses, or undelivered parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned due to address errors, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer. No refund will be issued for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, you must refuse delivery and notify us immediately with photos sent to contact@elegelli.com.
Without proof of damage at the time of delivery, no refund or compensation will be granted.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us within 7 business days.
After this period, we cannot guarantee an investigation or resolution. Elegelli is not responsible for theft or misdelivery once the carrier confirms delivery.
Delays and Force Majeure
Shipping delays may occur due to carrier strikes, public health events, weather conditions, customs inspections, or any force majeure situation.
Such delays are beyond Elegelli's control and do not justify refunds or compensation.
International Shipping and Customs
For deliveries outside the European Union:
All customs duties, VAT, and local fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Elegelli cannot estimate or control these charges.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be issued.
By placing an international order, you accept these conditions.
Order Modification and Cancellation
Order modifications or cancellations are only possible before the order is shipped.
Once a shipping label has been created, no changes or cancellations can be made.
To request an urgent change, contact us immediately at contact@elegelli.com. We cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.
Liability Disclaimer
Elegelli is not responsible for:
Delays caused by third party carriers
Packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit (unless Delivery Protection has been purchased, within the limits described above)
Costs resulting from incorrect addresses or refused deliveries
Consequences related to force majeure events
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms, including the optional nature of Delivery Protection and the consequences of not selecting it at checkout.
