Shipping policy

This page summarizes our delivery terms. Our Terms of Sale prevail in case of any difference.

Order processing

Orders ship from our warehouse in Nice, France. They are prepared Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

An order confirmed before 2 pm (Paris time) is usually prepared within 1 to 2 business days. During sales, launches or holidays, this can take up to 5 business days. Pre-orders ship on the date shown on the product page.

Rates and delivery times

Rates below are in euros. The exact rate, in your local currency, is shown before you confirm your order. Delivery times are estimates, in business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is free for orders of €75 or more. Heavy parcels follow their own rates, described further down.

France and overseas territories

European Union (excluding France)

You choose your pickup point after payment. Pickup point delivery is not available in Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Malta and Romania.

United Kingdom and other European countries

Rest of the world

If your country does not appear at checkout, we cannot deliver there at the moment.

Heavy parcels (bundles over 2 kg)

Some bundles weigh more than 2 kg. They ship at the rates below, which replace the standard rates above, and the free shipping threshold of €75 does not apply to them. The exact rate is shown at checkout.

For all other destinations, the price depends on the total weight of the parcel:

Parcels over 30 kg are not offered at checkout. Please contact us before ordering.

Customs duties and taxes

No customs duties apply to deliveries within the European Union.

Outside the European Union, if import duties and taxes are shown at checkout, you pay them with your order and have nothing to pay on delivery. This is the case, for example, for the United States and Switzerland. Otherwise, they may be charged by the carrier or the authorities on delivery, and are paid by you. A parcel refused because these charges were not paid is not refunded.

Order tracking

You receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships. If you have not received it within 72 hours of your order, check your spam folder or email us.

Damaged parcel

Check the parcel in front of the delivery person. If it is visibly damaged, write precise reservations on the delivery slip or refuse the parcel, then let us know within 48 hours at contact@elegelli.com with photos. Even without reservations, you keep your legal guarantees.

Lost or missing parcel

If you have not received your parcel, let us know within 30 days of its dispatch date. We then open an investigation with the carrier. In accordance with the law, a parcel lost or damaged before you take possession of it remains our responsibility: we send your order again or refund it.

Wrong address, uncollected or refused parcel

Please check your delivery address carefully: reshipping costs caused by a wrong or incomplete address are paid by you.

A parcel that is not collected within the carrier's deadline, refused without reason, or impossible to deliver is returned to us, and the order is cancelled. We then refund the price of the products, minus the initial delivery costs, the return costs we paid, and a €10 handling fee.

Delivery Protection (optional)

At checkout, you can add the Delivery Protection option. It covers:

• theft of the parcel after delivery confirmed by the carrier;
• outside the European Union, loss of the parcel in transit and visible damage caused by transport.

For consumers in the European Union, loss and damage in transit are always our responsibility, with or without this option.

Cover is limited to $200 per order, or the equivalent in your currency. Send your request to contact@elegelli.com with your order and tracking numbers:

• damage: within 7 business days of delivery, with photos of the parcel and the products;
• theft: within 7 business days of confirmed delivery, with a statement of non-receipt, and a police report above $100;
• loss: within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

We reply within 5 business days. Depending on the case, we send the products again, refund them, or give you store credit. This option is not an insurance product and does not reduce any of your legal rights.

Maximum delivery time

Unless another date has been agreed, your order is delivered no later than 30 days after it is confirmed. After this period, you can formally ask us to deliver. If we still do not deliver within a reasonable time, you can then cancel the order, as set out in Article 10.2.3 of our Terms of Sale.

Changing or cancelling an order

An order can only be changed or cancelled before it ships: email us as soon as possible. Once the parcel has shipped, you can still use your right of withdrawal when you receive it (see our Refund policy).
