4.3 Purposes and Legal Bases

Personal data is processed for the following purposes, on the following legal bases (Article 6 GDPR):

  • Order management, delivery, invoicing, and after-sales service — performance of a contract;

  • Compliance with legal and accounting obligations (in particular retention of invoices) — legal obligation;

4.7 Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to its processing and the right to define directives regarding the fate of your data after your death. You may exercise these rights at any time by writing to contact@elegelli.com, providing proof of identity where reasonably required.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL — 3 Place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, www.cnil.fr) if you consider that the processing of your data infringes applicable regulations.
