Who can open a pro account?
Nail salons, independent nail techs, academies and training schools, educators, resellers and distributors can all apply. Every application is reviewed individually, so tell us about your business in the form on this page. Personal buyers are welcome to shop the store at regular prices.
What proof do I need to apply?
Start with your business details in the form: company or salon name, country and contact details. Our team may then ask for proof that matches your profile and country, such as a company registration or VAT number, your salon details or proof of your nail qualification. A website or Instagram account also helps.
Do you sell wholesale or in bulk?
Yes. Approved pro accounts buy the whole range at professional prices, and our kits and bundles of 90 and 180 gel polish shades cover a full setup in one order. There is no public wholesale price list: your conditions are linked to your account once it is approved. For larger volumes, apply as a distributor.
Can I become an Elegelli reseller or distributor?
Yes. Choose reseller or distributor in the form and tell us about your market, your customers and the volumes you expect. If your application is approved, we set out the terms in a written agreement before you resell Elegelli products. Our terms of sale do not allow resale without one.
Can academies and educators buy for their students?
Yes. Academies, training schools and educators can apply for a pro account to stock their training rooms and build student kits from our existing kits and bundles. Tell us about your courses and how many students you train in each class, and we will discuss the best way to supply them.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship from Nice, France, to more than 200 countries and territories, and orders are prepared in 1 to 2 business days. Shipping costs depend on the destination and are shown at checkout before you pay. Duties and taxes also depend on the destination.
How does professional pricing work?
Professional pricing is linked to your customer account. Once your application is approved, you sign in with the email you applied with and a one-time code, with no password to remember, and your professional conditions apply at checkout. Professional prices are not published: they depend on your profile and are shared with approved accounts. In the EU, your pro prices show before and after VAT across the store once you sign in.
Are Elegelli products HEMA-free and TPO-free?
Our gel polish, top coats and rubber bases are formulated without HEMA and without TPO, the photoinitiator banned from EU cosmetics since 1 September 2025, as their safety data sheets state. Our builder gels use TMO, a different photoinitiator, and list no HEMA in their ingredients. Our cosmetics are notified in the EU CPNP and UK SCPN.
